A couple of my leo's shed a few days ago and they seemed to have a little trouble with it...i misted them with one small squirt to aid them due to the fact that i have no humid hide...i've been reading a lot of posts lately and many refer to humid hides...but i don't know how to create one...any insight? THANKS!!

Its not hard. Most people, including myself use a tupperware container, I use the rectangle ones that are about 3inches tall by 6 inches long. Cut a whole in the front or the top with the aproprait size for your leo, I use coconut bedding inside as it hold mosture well, but you could use papertowles or vermiculite. Keep the lid on and mist when it is in need. Hope that helped!

Old butter tubs work well too! I personally use paper towel on non-breeders (it's easier to change), and I use perlite in the breeders humid hides (it helps with egg laying)
