Hide box or no hide box in cage when breeding?

Hi!!
Do you think the ball pythons will be more likely to breed with the hide box removed.......or would they become stressed and not breed?
What do you all do?
The reason I ask is because when I see a pic of snakes breeding, there's no hide box. Yeah, I figure the box was removed to snap the pic......but it made me wonder.
