Rosey Reds

Aaron_M Dec 09, 2004 12:58 AM

Every time i get my rosies they die within 3 days. Before i put them in the new water i always make sure the water temperatures are the same and i put chlorine remover in it and i also feed them every day. I dont know why they keep dying and i was just wondering if anyone else has this problem.I am trying to convert my Wester Ribbon to the pinkies and i need the fish for scenting and i dont like to keep getting fish every week.Next time i am going to try the pinkie without scenting but i still would like to feed the fish every once in a while to change up his diet but they just die to easily. The rosey reds are in a 1 gallon tank so maybe thats it.
Thanks,
Aaron

If you are just using for scenting, once they die put them in a platic bag and freeze them, once you need it to scent, dethaw it with your pinkie in a cup of hot water, that way it scents itself.
