Question about when to move brb from from small box to large set-up...

I bought a 3 month old brb at the last show I attended. She was originally eating live food but immediately took frozen/thawed when I offered it to her. She is currently in an 8 qt sterlight but the cage I have built for her is 4ft x 2ft x 2ft. When would it be the best time to move her out of the one she's in and into the much larger cage?

I would move her to a 28-30qt sterilite now, and maybe the 4ft cage when she is at about 18months....depending on her size then.
