Breeding weight for Westerns?

I have heard westerns reach maturity in 2 years, but is there an accepted breeding weight for males/females?

I usually like them to be 160 grams and up, but I personally have done 140 successfully and I know of a few that have done under 100 believe it or not. I get bigger healthier clutches from the girls greater than 160.
