Home made probes?

Is there a safe way to make home made sexing probes?
rounded off clothes hangers maybe?
i am just curious.

Just spring for the probes they are not that expensive. Why would you spend all the money getting the snake, setting it up, feeding it and then possibly do it damage because you were to cheap to buy a probe set.

I have 2 sets of probes. One is a very nice set of 6 in a leather case and was like 25 or 30$ and I got another equally nice set of 6 ball points without as nice of a case for 10$ at tinley. The 10$ set coult sex any baby ball python up to large retics. For that amount of money it isnt even worth your time playing with risky coat hangers.

got a 5 piece set and a double ended baby probe ....

stainless steel....

homemade by pythons.com / Al Zulich / Harford reptile breeding center...whatever you call him..LOL

........you can get probes for $15 a set....

It was more of a curiousity question then a "i will make them and use them" question.
I'll end up buying a pair eventually.
Gonna need to if i breed my corns and get into ball breeding.
maybe a few garters as well.
