First thing you've got to do is upload it into the photo gallery. Then when you're posting click on the Select Image From Photo Galler button on the bottom of this. That's about it. Make sure it's in jpeg format and small enough or the photo gallery won't take it.

it has to be a valid Web address, I believe you can even upload the image somewhere here, or you can use the Space that's usually provided by your ISP.
