Here is an older photo of my blue. You can at least see the loreal scales. I will get the more detailed photos when I have another set of hands to help maneuver the big fella. He is not fond of being photographed and usually adjorns to his hide box at the first flash.

How big is your guy these days. He is allfull big to be a Tupinambis teguixin.I think it sucks if tupinambis got band over all this. I think this subject should be resolved. I hope hope he wasent band because of money.I did not find his coments afending. Piece russ
Well Tegan is getting pretty big. Still not sure of exact length and weight. I am going to get the length and stuff this weekend when I have another set of hands to help hold him still. I think he is a bit above average size though.
It is too bad that Tupinambus/Colin was banned from the forum. I was very interested in the information he was providing. Have not seen the forum that active EVER.
