Eastern shedding while brumating

Is this something out of the norm? He seems to be slightly more active the last day or so. Tank temp is 65 with limited day light (he sites next to a west window with the blinds drawn).

He's been at 65 for the last two weeks with no feedings for the last four. I was about to move him to the basement office so the temp would drop to 55-58 degrees until late Feb or early March.
