We found the tortoise in the link above in the NE section of MD. If obviously isn't native to this area. It has been taken to a turtle refuge but everyone is stumped as to what kind of tortoise this is. We were thinking Desert or a Yellow Footed, neither of which should be in frosty weather.

I will enjoy hearing what others feel this young lady (we think) is.

Looks like it might be a greek tortoise to me....
