Waht's the difference between BLACK and BROWN Revees turtle?

The color difference is from just their sex or speices?

I think there are two different colors on there color...

Usually, the really dark ones (black) are adult males. Both sexes are variable though. They can be shades of dark brown to light brown to almost tan colored. But I have found that the black ones are old males.
In any caes, they are about as neat a captive turtle as you will ever find! Very inquisitive and easy to care for.

I have two males from the same stock with one being maroon and the other black. The black male is the same age and still young. He does have face coloration while some really old black males have no facial coloration. Some people say black males come from certain localities (such as Japan) but this one is from China. They are great turtles!
