I placed my 1.5yr old leopard boa male in with my 3yr old albino female.....he courted, bred several times....copulation the whole nine yards......
I do not know if I missed the ovulation but it sems dang early....he lost interest in her about a week before I pulled him out.....during that week there was no breeding, etc....
Well right before that I though I caught the ending of her ovulation(unless it was small, damn!) and she now is keeping her mid section-tail on heat......she usually curls up completely if she has a meal....
all my other boas are still breeding etc, and courting, could it be that she already took?
I have never had it happen so quickoy before....same thing with some ball pythons this year.....I had two ovulate already!!
Crazy stuff this year, any input? I am curious if anyone else has had this happen?

Throw him or another male in atleast once a week unless you are positive she is gravid. Better safe than sorry.
