My savannah had a tick in between her toes last night, so i got some tweezers and plucked it off, now there is a tiny black bump in between her toes where i pulled the tick off, looks like a scab, is this just where the sore from the tick is healing up?? anything else i need to do?

could be a scab, or you may have missed part of the tick. Could be another tick.
