I live in new jersey and I was told by a fish and game official
that even with a permit caimans are not allowed to be kept! I
have been researching them for overa year and I have come to
this huge delema. does anyone know any way of getting around it
without breaking the law? I love these fasinating creatures and
would have to be able to raise one. If anyone can help somehow
with my problem please tell me how I can achieve getting one.
thank you for any responses!

NJ restrictions are a bummer -

I certanly wouldnt suggest breaking the law. Sorry, can't think of anything - I used to live in NJ - It amazes me that you need a permit for a bearded dragon -

My only suggestion is to move somewhere in PA while they are still legal to own here -
