crested gecko poop / cleaning question

how often do cresteds poop? do they tend to go in the same place or all over the place? how would u clean the cage? how often? thanks

they should poop pretty often. mine goes every other day.

unlike leopard geckos, crested geckos do not poop in the same spot. they pretty much go wherever they want. remove all the poop you see or once you see a couple scattered around, you should think of cleaning it. the poop may attract bacteria that you don't want your lizard to be exposed to. i clean mine out once a week in a week, he'll have like 4 small poop and 1 big poop. i use a paper towel substrate, so it's easy for me to clean~

Now im no expert but.......They are not very nutritional, but as a treat i don't see why not! I can't imagine silkworms and waxworms being harmfull to them. Just don't get them used to having them on a regular basis (like weekly prob wouldn't be good). But id like to see some other responses...... I want to give my crestie a treat!!
