BABY HYPO SALMON WONT EAT!!!! HELP

DavidKendrick Dec 12, 2004 09:26 PM

I have a baby 04 hypo salmon boa, she is small, she has eaten for us maybe 4 times, all prekilled mice, then she stopped eating, we tried rat pups, she eat one and next day regurgitated it back up, we waited and then tried again with mice and rat pups and nothing, she just is not interested. I was wondering if anybody has had the same thing happen? is it common with Hypo Salmon babies to be fussy eaters? Any comments or suggestions would be great. Thanks

re-evaluate the temps where she is being kept. And leave her alone...young neonates are very easy to stress and the more you try to feed her the worse it is going to get. It would probably be a good idea to take her to a vet. You should only try to feed her especially after a regurge every couple of weeks, three may be better. Do some research and you can find many answers to your questions.

Thanks
Bob
