well baby "Daigh" (what we are calling him for now, probably what his name will be ) was supposed to be here this morning but it was decided yesterday that shipping conditions just werent right, being that it reached over 100 where he is coming from. I hope the weather is more agreeable today, the anticipation is killing me! im really happy hes coming from a home where he really loves his dragons...

It was storming real badly here, accidents all over the place, and I didn't feel the need to risk either my or the dragon's life by shipping her today. I got a solid set down by the customer who said he was disappointed that I was not giving him as good of service as he gave me (by getting his check to me in a timely manner - BTW, it just cashed through yesterday). In my opinion I am giving good service is I wait to send her out until conditions are condusive to shipping.
I'm glad you are a caring and understanding customer.
also - who are you getting the dragon from?

the lil guy is coming from Beardie Domain Herpetoculture. Hes really nice there, i think its great that he has such concern for the dragons, i would rather receive him healthy and happy then have something happen in shipping, i think that would be horrible especially when it could be avoided. People need to be a little more understanding and realize that they are dealing with live animals and not just another package someone is shipping out to them.

I know how you feel. I'm getting a lil beardie at a reptile show in about a month. I have the cage and everything, the anticipation is killing me! I don't usually buy from pet stores, I don't know what the conditions could be like behind the scenes. I woulf get one from a breeder, but I'm getting an addition to my house so I want to wait for the banging hammers and stuff to stop. Good luck with yur new beardie though!!!
