Does "momma" have as much green as the picture shows? After all the discussion about green geckos in the last coupld of days, it's interesting to see yours.

Momma goes from nearly black to almost silvery mint "green" depending on her mood. If you really check her out in person she is kinda bicolored with rust on her back and her sides are grey with a light yellow veil that makes her look very green from a distance. She has produced many strange colored chidren. Olive with yellow or orange veils as well as straigt yellows and oranges. This is one of her kids I will post a couple more.
the spots come from dad
and another
When the veil becomes the body color........
WOW, WOW and some more WOW! Are you raising ALL of her kids?

I have raised alot of them. When I first got her and my original male about three years ago. I really didnt know that much about cresteds other than I stumbled on to a pair and I had never seen anything as cool as these geckos. I kept them in a 55 gallon planted tank and after about 3 months I was amazed to find a babies!! After the first few clutches I noticed they were all a little different and as they grew they kept changing colors! I couldnt get rid of any untill I saw how they turned out. Obsession Fascination Addiction? Yeah but boy was it was a learning experince. I couldnt wait to to try another pair. so now working on my third generation I am still obsessed fascinated and addicted.
The third generation got flames.
very interesting coloration.
all of them look great!
