Bed-A-Beast

I am interested in using this stuff. I don't have my bp yet, but I am trying to decide what to use as a substrate. I was going to use indoor outdoor carpet but I saw a few pics of people that were using B-A-B and it looked way nicer. Plus I am going to be using a glass tank and I heard that it is hard to keep humidity and I thought this may help.

Anyone use it? How do you prepare it (how long do you bake it, how moist is it)? Can I see some pics? How often do you replace it? Do BP's seem to like it?

Thanks
DLinK
