keeping leopard gecko

i wanted to get 2 leopard geckos and one male one female and breed them. but i was curious would it be ok to keep them in the same tank or would i have to separate them. Thanks

Well...you want to keep them apart for most of the time, if you leave them in the same tank to breed, the male will constantly be bothering the single female to mate with him...even when she doesn't want to. If you want to keep a male with a female, you have to have at least three females, so the male's sexual aggression can be spread out more...and even then, you'll have to remove the male occasionally, because all that hard work of having fun with the females could wear him out. ^^;
