Iv been reading alot on what the good greens are but what are the greens that I sould stay away from. than you kate

hm...a few i can think of off the bat that should be avoided are:

Iceburg lettuce
Tomato's
Cucumbers

Anything that is realy watery is generally a bad idea.

The important thing to keep in mind is that no vegtable is good as a staple, a variety of a bunch of different veggies is the key. For example, Kale contains calcium binders, and therefore could cause problems if fed exclusively, but Kale is fine to add to your beardies diet occasionally.
