I noticed on my two females that they have what look like spores running on either side of them. They are little white dots located around the bottom of the ribs. They run from in front of the back legs to the back of the front legs. I noticed that none of my males have these on their sides. I was just wondering if this was an accurate way to sex them? And I do not mean the spurs on either side of the tail, they are on the sides going from tail to head, but start in front of the back laegs and end behind the front legs.

Pores on the sides??

The white spots on their sides are probably raised scales. These are a sign of or in cojunction with the white fringe trait. I have both male and females with them and have never heard of them being more common on females.
That's pretty much the answer that I've gotten from a few people. It just seemed like one hell of a coincidence for only my females to have them and not my males. Especially since all of my females are different morphs. I have one partial pin/buckskin, one harly./dalmation and one creamsicle. I have a male orange/tiger dalmation that doesn't have them, and a buckskin that doesn't have them. Thanks for the reply. -Joe

She has two eggs incubating should hatch the beggining of Feb. and she has two eggs in her belly that should pop out in about 3-4 days...
