I have been trying to get my new baby blood python to eat for 3.5 weeks now and I am getting frustrated. I have switched from mice to rats and also tried feeding in the dark to no avail. Can anyone give me some advice or tips? Thanks

HI
I dont know if you are just leaving the food item in with the blood, but most of mine seem to feed best when i dangle the mouse by its tail in front of their hide, may take a while but they usually make a surprise strike at it.
Also warming the mouse or rat up a bit in warm water can also help,
get their heat pits going.
Good luck with him.
