Is it normal for a BD to scratch and the glass. I've had mine for about a month now and he has only been doing this for a few days now.

Is it normal for a BD to scratch and the glass. I've had mine for about a month now and he has only been doing this for a few days now.
they will do this... what is your set up like? your temps? how big is his enclosure? how big is he? any info can help people try and give you an idea as to why he is doing it....
Is your tank mostly glass? Glass tends to cast reflections and the reflection could be what he is scratching at. My dragon often will try and get onto the reflection of his basking log in the back wall. It's realy funny to see him trying to climb on the glass. Fortuntaely after a few minutes of futile scratching he turns his head and realizes his log is behind him.
My beardy scratches the glass when i pull the cricket tank out to feed all my animals. She goes into her lil "food" mode. lol or sometimes she just wants out and i open the lid and she runs up my arm onto my shoulder.
