2004 Albinos VPI Line

Ryan Young Dec 14, 2004 07:28 PM

Here are my 2004 albino 50% het VPI Axanthics that I hatched from breeding my DBL het Snow male to 4 het albino females. I have read other posts about striking out with hets and thought I would post to give those who have some hope. My first 2 clutches from the last few years had no albinos out of 9 eggs so I know what your going through. This year all 4 females laid and you can see the results. In the last 3 years I have had 29 eggs from 6 clutches to get the five albinos so keep on breeding and you will be rewarded sooner or latter. Anyways thanks Dave, and Tracy for all the wonderfull snakes and good times from last fall.

Ryan,
They are beautiful. Good luck with your snow project. Are any of them breedable this season?

The male is 520 grams so I am going to give him a shot with the hets if he does his thing. If he shows no intrest I will breed the DBL het again.

Thanks Ryan
