I have had a Guyanan for about 4 months. She is about 3.5-4ft, not a baby. She has become quite emaciated. She ate once (2 medium f/t rats) on her own. On two other attempts to feed her, she refused. On the second attempt, I force fed one rat. I have never seen her drink any water. I have soaked her from time to time, trying to keep her hydrated.

The question: I have heard of using pedialyte in cases like these. Do you soak them in pure Pedialyte? Water with Pedialyte? Or put Pedialyte in the drinking water?

In this case, because I have neverseen her drink, I suppose I should soak her in some mix.

Please help.

Thank you.

She is not in the picture below.
