He was left alone with crickets in his cage and they really did a job on his back. When I took him because he was considered a goner, you could see his spine and it was a really nasty gaping hole. I am a firm believer now in the healing power of neosporin because in two days it almost completely healed the hole in his little back and with a little TLC he healed up really fast. He was always feisty and I even though at first I doubted he might survive he proved me wrong. He runs sideways a bit and has problems doing a circle but it doesn't slow him down and boy can he run the fastest outta all of them.
He is a funny little beardie, he gets the nastiest little beard when he is outside with a big ol' open mouthed don't mess with me look how big I am because he knows he is special and when he see's the big boy Bruiser,he gets the whole hand waving, neck bobbing I am just a little guy don't eat me thing going on, its funny how fast he can change. I only wished we had gotten pictures of his back for people to see what amount of damage a cricket can do. Here is a pic where you can really see his scar, you can see that his back isn't perfectly straight from the top.
