NO BEAUTY LIKE THE BEAUTY OF A TRUE REDTAIL !!
The reason males have larger spurs is because they never lost full use of them, the females didn't need or use them so evolution has left them either nonexistant or smaller.
to hold on while mating. While I do believe every living thing has evolved SOMEWHAT over the billions of years, I refuse to believe the theory that I came from an ameba. I am sure the "Creation Theory" is probably unpopular on this forum, but that is my belief (opinion.)
Legs? Fins?/Fins? Legs? who knows for "sure"? Assumptions supported by what "proof" ?
Yes the Herp world is full of Darwin supporters that believe such.
Let'em !

How can you believe in Evolution "somewhat" and believe in "the creation theory"? That my friend is one big contradiction.
It is way easier for me to believe we evolved from single celled organism's rather than my ancestor's are Adam and Eve.
No one knows for sure but it's real hard to believe that the Earth was created in 7 days. Good story for folks that once believed the earth was flat!
Sorry to talk religion.
Pertaining to the original post....my guess is that females didn't use them, while males still had some "use". Tickling the ladies.
Bthacker
Whenever skeletal remains are found that are 1000's of years old, the body is usually smaller than the average human is now, and the skulls are shaped differently. That is where the "somewhat" comes in. Anyway, just my opinion.
Yep....We are evolving to become hairless, tall, and supposedly more intelligent. It is a topic that can be discussed tediously with no real results. We will never really know until we die, unfortunately. Here comes a cliche...."live life to it's fullest". It is the best gift I have ever recieved. Just not sure who to thank.
Happy Holidays!!!
