This condition in captive lizards such as Beardies and Leopard Geckos is usually really an impaction of the bowel caused by the ingestion of substrate material. It is a life-threatening condition and most times will require surgery to correct.

we had x-rays done, don't think its impaction because she still does deficate, and her substrate is papertowel. the x-rays showed a very large colon, the vet is sending the x-rays out to be read by someone with more knowledge. she is loosing wieght and her blood work showed some funky levels on fat and cholesteral, her body has used up all her fat deposits

Sometimes coccidial infections can cause inflammation of the colon. I suppose that the vet may have checked for bacteria, etc.

ya the vet did a fecal during the apointment, it was clean as her last 4 or 5 have been. although she almost died right after we got her from a large parasite load it was coccidia and pinworms, so this may be a result from that.

The treatment for coccidia could be partly responsible for this problem as sulfadimethoxine or related drugs (for coccidial infections) tend to cause dehydration which could affect the kidneys &/or liver.
Hope your bearded recovers.
Goodluck
