Not eating out of bowl

Beardie_Matt Dec 15, 2004 07:33 PM

My 1.5 year old dragon will eat his salad but I have to hold it up for him in front of him or he won't eat it. I've tried putting mealworms in the bowl but it doesn't work. Any other suggestions.
Thanks

lol, stupid human tricks. He's just a little spoiled and knows you'll cave and hand feed him if he's stubborn about it. Try putting it on a plate so neither one of you are winning and don't give in.

I do feed him out of a plate(I always call it a bowl) and I don't like throwing away all the uneaten greens and he's getting onto the skinny side(19in 485grams) even if that isn't skinny he looks it and is a little dehydrated. I'll just take your advice and also feed him a smaller salad so I don't waste much. He is VERY spoiled .
Thanks
