Indigo permits in Virginia

Does anyone have any experience with the process for obtaining a permit to keep indigoes in Virginia? What are the fees, requirements, and process? Please advise. Thank you.

Unless someone from Virgina has something to add...you should contact the VA dept of natural resources, division of wildlife, and ask them if state permitting is needed. They should know who to put you in contact with.

If there is no state permit needed, you'll still need the federal interstate commerce permit to buy across state lines.
