Blind boa???

I got a group of nicaraguan boas in about a month ago. All are doing well, except one. There is one that has always been a little different, but was feeding fine. Now it is not feeding, and is acting strange. It acts like it cannot see. It moves its head all around whenever I pick it up or put it back down. I don't know how to tell if it is blind, or what is wrong with it. Other than a trip to the vet, any suggestions? Anyone else have a snake that is blind?
