Well, here are the hatchling setups...again I'm open to ideas...now I gota finish seting up the inside yet but its nearly there....The vents in the front can be opened or closed...pretty soon it'll be time to call PE...LOL....

Looks very nice to me.

The only things I might do is round the edges of the lids to avoid splinters or snags.

And watch those reflectors with plastic housings. Sometimes they can melt when a bulb gets really hot or especially if you use CHE's or something. I try to use the ones with ceramic housings. I have never had a problem with those.

I dont know if you can tell in the picts but yea , I rounded them....and thanks for the heads up on the lamps, I will be watching them to see how hot they get, I still have to check the temps and everything yet....Thanks

No, its not plexi, its 1/4 Lucite, which is much harder/scratch resistant and wont warp. This is what we have used on our venomous cages for years. And its slides like a hot knife through butter...the trick is not trying to make the lid to tight, we use a piece of cardboard to act as a spacer while we put the track on...it keeps it from sticking or chattering problems you can get if try to make a real tight fit..we had made that mistake before..
