Another shed?

ptdnsr Dec 17, 2004 12:00 PM

Ok...I got my rescue female leopard gecko and she already shed once around Thanksgiving. Now she's about to shed again. She's definately looking much better since I got her and beginning to fatten up some. I'm assuming this is why she's shedding again, correct? Please let me know, thanks.

definately, reptiles shed when they grow too big for their skin, congrads

haven't been on this forum in a long while and it seems pretty dire but its nice to hear a success story now and again

Yup they shed when their skin gets to small for them. Usually geckos shed about once a month.
