04 Hypo Brooksi after first shed

Nokturnel Tom Dec 17, 2004 12:44 PM

I love the head markings on this little guy. I promised a buddy of mine first shot at any Hypos I produced. I had a few eggs go bad, and I ended up with about 18 possible hets and 1 Hypo. I hated to let this guy go but a promise is a promise.........ouch~! Tom Stevens
and please excuse the silly pics on the napkin LOL

Man if I were in your position I'd have 2 break that promise. I haven't seen too many striped Brooksi and that one is definitely a keeper.

I got from John Rhoads who I believe got her from Don Shores. She is actually still holding alot of orange coloration for a near 3 year old.
Does anyone have an older hypo brooksi that is still holding some orange coloration? What about an adult "hypo flame" or "flame" brooksi. I have yet to see an adult with large amounts of red or orange.

Bluerosy has an adult male hypo that has lots of orange ... hopefully he'll post a PIC.

I won't mind buying a striped Brooksi from you ... can you add me to your contact list? I'm trying to concentrate more on Brooksi morphs.

this is an adult male I produced a few years ago from true Flame bloodlines. This wasn't the most red hatchling I produced, it was just the first, so I decided to keep it. I should have kept the best ones for myself, but money talks. Not red, but very orange.

All are very nice Brandon. Don't you wish they would reach adulthood looking as though they just emerged from the egg? I do!
Although I do enjoy watching them speckle out and got through there ontogenetic changes.
Thanks for the pics,
