The tail is usually the last to shed some times it is weeks later with my B&W. Keep the humidity up, feed fruit and a soak will never hurt.

Just like people every one will have different fruits they like. That said it seems most like grapes. If you are feeding mice you can try smearing the mice over the fruit you want to feed. You can also try putting the mice in the fruit mixed in the same feeding bowl. I found out yesterday that that my B&W will even eat cucumber. Below is a list of fruits and their C content the higher the C the better.
