I tried every trick in the book for these damn mice and the only trick that worked a year ago that got rid of most of em were mice poison. The problem with the mice poison is that they die in my house and they begin to rot and that stinks up my house so i wont be doin that again. The question is can i use my ball python as a predator to eat off these pest?Or are these mice bad for my snake.Oh yea i almost forgot i live in new york.

If so I wouldn't let him free... either the winter will kill him or the mice will scratch and infect him and possibly kill him or he may get parasites - but most likely you'll never see him again.

if you use mouse poison in the winter, yeah you'll get a stinky house. use it in the summer... it drives them out of your house looking for sources of water.

Did you use D-con? It's really great because it dries them out,
and when they die they leave little mouse mummies that just crumble to a powder and disapear. No odor either, it works great. Your local feed or hardware stores should carry it.
