I just got a Halogen 75 watt light is that ok to use for leos and is it better then using 60 watt house bulb?

is its just for heat then it doesnt really matter. a 75 wt hol is like a a 175 hour light. i have 2 100 wt hols, and they push like 250 wt house bulbs.
