Baby Question and eating

frogsandchams Dec 18, 2004 08:39 AM

This is my second set of babies. My last were born 2 years ago, the ones I am talking about were born the last days of September.
Only 2 are eating right now, and when I mean eating, I mean just trying to take a bite of food (soaked reptomin, cut up worms in reptomin or water). But, they all look healthy and alert. I still have to manually make them go to the water every day otherwise they are just content sleeping under their cave.
Should I be concerned?

no it sounds normal especially for late hatchlings

try getting ahold of some *very* small crickets. moving food, especially crickets, tend to make my hatchlings go into a frenzy. just make sure they're small and pinch off the hind legs before offering.
