Patches of white dots on shell? PLEASE respond.

Hi everyone. now on eo fmy RES's has these littel patches of almost white dots over parts of his shell. Could thi be shell rot or something else? Please if you have any ideas, let me know. Thanks a lot.

probaly a very common kind of dry shell rot caused by bacteria. heres a link all about it
