Making Rocks?

Hello! I havent been around in quite some time, due to lack of internet access (3 months with no net!) though my collection has dwindled now to 1 collared (from 4, lets just say i HATE cats, and that repti lock tank lids are Not good at all) ive built my Miaka a new tank, 32x16x16, she hasnt moved in yet and im looking to decorate it, ive seen some very interesting styrofoam shapes recently (left over from an art project my sister had done) most of them would make fairly good rocks, but im not sure what to cover them with, i was thinking tile grout, as its waterproof and can be washed easily, but if theres anything else that better, please let me know

I'm making a cage (see post titled "Squig's new cage" for pics) with styrofoam & I used tile grout to cover it. It's been working pretty good.
