Does anyone know what species this is?

It is on the inside back cover of Lizards As A New Pet by John Coborn.

Yes, Naultinus, but not elegans.
May be N. grayi or N. stellatus.

Ingo,

It cannot be either grayii or stellatus because of the tongue colour...red to orange in the above species vs blue to purple in N. elegans.
