Greatly varying prices of chameleons?

cronus20 Dec 18, 2004 06:43 PM

I was just curious to find out why prices of different species of chameleons are so different? I especially want to know why veileds are so relatively more cheap than the others?

Veileds are one of the most commonly bred of the chameleon species. I produce 1000's yearly. It seems as though the most popular & hardy are usually what most breeders choose to invest in. Thus making them more readily available in greater quantities.
