New veiled not moving

dragunzfyre Dec 18, 2004 09:48 PM

I went to the all ohio reptile show today and purchased a 3 month old veiled chameleon. When i saw him at the show, he was healthy looking and was pretty active. Obviously, he's probably still a little stressed out from the whole thing, but is it normal for them to not be moving much in the first day or two? He's already eaten 2 or 3 crix since i've had him home...(about 6 hours now) Thanks for any help.

I think if he has eaten already(alwasys a good sign), he should be fine.

Yep, perfectly normal. It'll take a day or so for it to get used to it's new surroundings.
