There is such contrast between all these males. Just thought I'd share this picture as I liked it. The het albinos sure bring out the colors in the pastel.

And how does a gene that is heterozygous bring out colors? It just sounds quite rediculous.
I'm not entirely sure what you were reading, or trying to read INTO what he said...
All that was meant, was that the pastel looks quite nice, especially when next to some regular colored animals (who just happen to be hets for something).

I am highly prized for my meat.
Yeah, that's what I meant. The other snakes in the picture really bring out his colors.
Sorry for the confusion,
Justin J
Have you ever seen a pastel? Visible het for a super pastel, some say.
Matt. .. . . .Hennek.. . . .. .Did you really have to troll this post up with that "response"? I suppose you have a bunch of visible homos, and have no need for hets, and thus do not see the beauty in a "normal" snake that can not make you any money immediately?.$$$
Anyway, back to the original post!!! Those males look great! Are any of them breeding yet? They are quite the healthy lookimg group of guys. What females do you have for them? Those three are quite fat and very pretty. Much better looking than the original stooges!
I think I just worded my post funny. I don't think any offense was meant. Thanks for your compliments. They are great snakes. The male pastel has a couple females lined up. The two het albinos are great feeders, but the het albino females are not so great and won't be big enough this season. Hopefully next year. The lighter male and his female are het for high contrast albino, so I am excited breed the pair. The darker, banded male is also possible het clown, so that would be nice to prove out as well, but I don't know if I am that patient.
Thanks,
Justin J
