Display and rack don't really go together. Racks are used for utilitarian purposes and are generally used to house many snakes where there is little space. Lights are not used because it is hard to slide in and out with a bulb in the way and they are generally not deep enough anyway. You can make a bank of display cages with lights and sliding doors. There was an awesome stacked cage bank shown in the caging forum last week (linked at bottom of page). Maybe this is what you are thinking of?
