hey all,iv'e been reading this forum's topics and discussions for the past couple of months and decided to make my presence known.after careful thought,planning,and consideration,i purchased a baby cuvier's about 7 months ago,and let me say that i am excited to care for such an an amazing creature.
well,i hope to hold interesting and helpful conversations in the future with the people in this forum,happy holidays!

howdy, i am goin to get me a croc been doin my research on the different species, and am leanin towards a cuvie's or the smooth front. just curious on how often and how much u feed the lil one and any advice u can give on them

i have had many different lizzards but right now i have 2 beardies and a 5 foot black throat moniter. all three are as... no tamer then my dog, but i always pay attention cause i know they are animals and anythin can happen.

thanks kyle and israel,my cuvier's is feeding off of f/t hoppers,fish,and lean chicken 3 times a week,i rotate the menu every week...
if you've been doing research kyle i'm sure you know as much as me,so far my experience with this particular species of caimen has shown me that you would apply all the common sense and wariness that you would for other potentially dangerous reptiles and also so much more,out of all the reptiles iv'e owned,my caimen has been one of the most challenging herps iv'e ever worked with and so far i love it!
i would also love to see some pics of your bt,it's not to aften i see a nice lookin 5 footer,i used to own a 3 foot bt,iv'e owned a few varanids along the way,happy holidays all!
