Best Wood to use for stands or one you can find

I need to build or buy a stand for my 6ft vision cage and my 6ft animal plastic cage. Got a burm in one and a retic in the other. Any suggestion. The closest thing I found is a big one at Sams club but I have to put the Burm on the way top and the vision hangs off.

Check out G a r f . o r g take out the spaces and scroll down to the diy part and you will see tanks and stands all you have to do is type in the dimesions and voila there you go.
