First off, what size is your tank? Also where is it located? If the tank is next to a wall that faces the outside of your house the temps will be lower than if it is next to a wall that is shared with another room (I hope that makes sense). Also, how high up is your leo's tank? The closer to the floor it is the colder the temps will be. Moving the tank might just be the easiest way to solve the temp problem. If the placement of the tank isn't the problem then try a higher wattage heat bulb. If you are worried about it getting too hot with a bigger bulb you can always use a thermostat or a rheostat to control the temp. I hope this helps!
