Some things I do rather than buying a misting machine to increase
humidity for Retics and GTPs in New mexico.
1) hand misting (takes too long esp. for the big cages)
2) throw a soaked bath towel in the warm side of the cage, daily
3) large water basins
4) set 2 gallon bottled water on top of cage and set to drip through screen.
5) for GTPs dump a gallon or 2 on the bottom of cage esp. when I go out of town for a week or so.
Any other ideas.
